How Orders Are Made & Shipped
Every Mutual Elevation item is made to order and printed just for you. We partner with Printify’s print-on-demand network to produce and ship your gear directly to your door.
How Long Will My Order Take?
In most cases orders ship within 4–8 business days. This includes both production time and shipping.
Here’s how it breaks down:
Production time (your item is printed and prepared): most orders are shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted. Production time can vary based on product availability, order size, and time of year.
Delivery time after shipping:
Standard domestic (US): 2–5 business days
Economy domestic (US): 4–8 business days
International: At this time we don’t offer International shipping
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Economy Shipping — the most affordable option for non-urgent US orders. Delivered within 4–8 business days after shipping.
Standard Shipping — a balance of speed and cost. Delivered within 2–5 business days after shipping.
Express Delivery — delivers to your customers in 2–3 days. This option expedites both production and delivery and must be selected at checkout. Available for US orders only.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package through the carrier’s website.
Delays & Peak Seasons
During holidays and high-volume seasons, production and delivery times may be longer than usual. If your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
Occasional delays can also occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or items requiring a quality reprint before shipping. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate if something is holding up your order.
