Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
The following are not eligible for return or exchange: final sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via this form within 14 days of delivery. Include your name, email, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process above and note your preferred replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.
